Cupcakes not at school

At Chone's school there is this new thing were you cannot bring in unhealthy snacks to share with the class. I guess some kid's Mom didn't get the memo and sent in cupcakes for his birthday. Since they can't eat them at school the teacher sent them home in ziploc baggies. Chone remembered it was in her backpack and showed me...

When I saw it from the side, I couldn't stop laughing! It was a prett flat cupcake!
Of course she still ate it :)

Slippers

We went to buy the babies some slippers at Walmart. These Felix tried on were a little to big!

Thanksgiving

Another Day

The twins were playing with their new trike, and Felix got on the back while LIli pushed him around. Notice in the background all the diapers on the floor. They found an open bag and pulled them all out.
While my little cousin Bubbs went to the movies, we babysat Jasmine, his school project baby flour sack. Chone treated that thing like it was real, and can't wait to do it when she is in 7th grade. I had an egg in 7th grade.

Painting the Roses Red

I noticed there was a lot of roses in the back yard, so I cut them and put them in a vase. They were very beautiful! When Luis got home I told him they were left on the doorstep. He didn't believe me. I guess I'm not a good liar. :)

Lili-In-The-Box

Today Lili sat in the toy box for about 2 hours. She watched TV and played with the toys in there. This picture is from another day, but that's what she looked like. She can entertain herself for so long, where Felix is on my leg fussing for me to hold him or play with him. Chone was like Felix, but worse. And Felix's hair looks better, but is still way short. Luis cut it shorter so those lines blend in now.

Last Game

Today was Chone's last game of the season. She has played 4 years now, and is getting better every year. If she plays next year she will move up to U10, where they play on a bigger field, keep score, and are way more competitive. I'm not sure if I want her to play or not. I'm pretty sure she will want to.

She played goalie for a quarter. She almost scored a few goals. They tied 2-2.
Chone is number 8.
Here are the girls with their awesome Coach. Coach just turned 18 yesterday. She was going to get a tattoo tonight, and go to Chumash Casino tomorrow.

Many of the parents were glad soccer was over, including me. The parents gave me a gift card for California Pizza Kitchen for being Team Mom. I wasn't expecting that, but it was nice. The girls got their trophies and gave the Coach her gift.

Yeah! Soccer is over! But I just signed her up for softball....

Beyond Pist!!!!!!

It looks so bad I can't even take a picture of it to blog!

Tuesday night: Felix's hair was getting long and Luis wanted to cut it. I told him I wanted to grow it out and that he could cut around his ears and back only. He was like, "No, you don't comb it anyways. You don't even comb you hair!" (in spanish)

So I was like, "It's not up to you! It's up to me!"

Well I guess he didn't like that, so he took Felix to the bathroom to cut his hair. After a lot of screaming, he put him in the bath. I went to the bathroom to see his hair. I thought it would be all shorter, but still a little long. Well, I walked in, saw the top of his head and walked out! I was so pist!!!!!

He had shaved it with a ONE clip. Then I don't know what happened, but he had a few lines of shaved NO clip length in the front. WTF!?!

I didn't talk to Luis the rest of the night! I wanted to get back at him, so when he went to sleep, I shaved Lili's head!

So you're probably thinking I'm crazy and how could I do that to my daughter! I thought about that too. I didn't do it, I was kidding! She still has all her hair. I thought about it though!

Wednesday night: Luis explained to me at dinner that Felix was squirming and knocked the one clip off the clippers and that's why he had those lines in the front. He didn't fix them, and said they will be less noticable in a couple of days. I was still mad he cut it so short in the first place! Now I can't take him out in public and I have to call and reschedule our family pictures.

(I know it's "wrong", but me and Chone have been calling him cancer boy)

I want that cup!!

This is what happens in my house all day, every day, with everthing!

I don't know what Felix was doing, but Lili is about to notice he has a cup...

Lili- "Hey, I want that cup!"
Felix- "I better get out of here!"

And as always, Lili get the cup!

Lili- "Whoo hoo! I got it!"

Felix- "Whatever! It's empty!"

Box Tops

Chone is collecting for school again. So if you could clip these box tops and save them for Chone, that would be great! We will let you know when we need them. Make sure you do not cut off the expiration date. You can find these on Kraft, Ziploc, and other products. Just keep your eyes open for them. Thanks in advance!

Peanut Butter Jelly Time!!

I'm trying not to give the babies baby food anymore, other than fruit purees in their oatmeal in the morning. So I have trying to think of different things for them to eat. So I thought, of course, the classics. So they had peanut butter and jelly on crackers as part of their lunch today.

It was Peanut Butter Jelly Time!! So after they ate, I showed them the youtube video. Felix came over to watch it with a big smile. Lili wouldn't come over to the computer, but she did a little dance to it.

Well, when I got their socks, I grabbed some mittens for Felix, thinking they were black soxs (no not red sox Elaine). It was a long day, so I just put them on him anyway. He looked at them and pulled at the "tumb" for a while. Then just wore them like any other sock all night and next morning till he got dressed.

My Poor Baby

I went in the garage to pull out the baby gate. Felix was in the hallway and Lili was crawling in the living room. I backed out of the garage with it and as i turned around I hit what I thought was the wall or table cause I hit it sooo hard. I turn around and see Felix sitting on the floor with his hands on his head, as he starts to scream/cry. I drop the gate and grap him expecting to see blood. I moved his hands and there was no blood. I felt soooo bad! I was hugging him and he would push me away like he was mad at me, then hug me again. Then he started acting really silly and laughing. So I put him on the floor cause I wanted to see if he could walk normally. He walked fine, then started to fall on purpose and say, "Oh!" I was worried, but after a while he was acting his normal self again.

His skin bumps up after being scratched or hit, just like me. So he better watch out cause Woman will want to play tic-tac-toe on him.

Cute Cups

I found these cute cups for the twins. They only get these in the high chairs, cause they do spill, but they were to cute to not get. They are a monkey, hippo, and a tiger. I got 2 packs so they each have one of each animal.

And you wonder why my floor looks so clean?
