Soccer Star

Chone has been doing great in soccer this season. It's her 3rd time playing. Tia Lisa, Sophia, and Nana came to watch her play today.
She is really good at playing defense, but sometimes it gets a little boring when the rest of the team is on the other side of the field. She has lots of friends on her team and loves to play. Go Chonie!!!
Her cousin also plays, but on another team. They got to play eachother today. It was a great game and everyone had fun!

It's so funny how she is totally screaming in his ear and he doesn't even seem to notice. If they are both crying and I put them next to each other, one will stop. And when the crying one stops, the other will start. It's like they are taking turns listening to each other. It seems to comfort them. Here it was Lili's turn to cry.

Happy Birthday Elaine!

Happy Birthday to Elaine! For her 21st b-day we went out to dinner to the Olive Garden. I had pumped milk for the twins in case they were hungry when we were there. They had never drank out of a bottle before, so I was nervous. They ended up sleeping the whole time. On the way home Felix woke up hungry so Chone tried to feed him his first bottle in the car. When we got home he drank the rest of it. When Lili woke up I gave her her bottle. I wasn't going to let that pumping go to waste! They seemed to do fine with the bottle. So now I can pump for those time I can't be with them, or so Luis can feed them.

Nap Time

I guess she was tired cause after school Chone decided to take a nap. I found her sleeping in her bed like this. I had told her to put her sweater away, but instead she wore the hood and left the rest hanging like a cape. Her ears must have been cold, hence the earmuffs.

1 month

They are finally 1 month today!! They have grown so much since they were born. They can sit in their carseats without their heads falling over now. We went to the mall and got their 1 month pictures taken with their big sister! They came out great! Can't wait to get those pictures!

Happy Birthday Luis!

Luis turned 24 today! Wow, I wish I was 24. So happy Birthday to a great new Dad who works so hard for his family and comes home so tired to help take care of the kids at home. We love you Luis!!

Finally!!

I finally got a picture of them where they are both awake and no one is crying! You can tell what they look like and are getting bigger and fatter everyday!

Real Clothes!

Chone has been wanting to put the babies in "real clothes" because they are always in sleepers. It was really hot today, so Chone picked out some clothes and we put them on the babies. Their little vans are from Tia Elaine, and are big for them. Lili's hat is actually a Build-A-Bear hat from Chone's dolls. Don't they look cute!

Happy Birthday Mom!

We headed up to SB for the weekend to celebrate Mom's birthday. Elaine got a nice cake for here and me and Lisa got her those little people charms with the birthstones for Sophia and the twins, since she already had one for Chone. We realized that all her grandkids have green birthstones. Chone and the twins have peridot (light green) and Sophia has emerald (dark green). It was a nice relaxing weekend with the family.

My cousin had her baby today! (on Mom's B-day) He weighed 8 lbs 11 oz! Can you believe that! I can't wait to see him. Even though they are older by 12 days, they are going to look so pewney next to baby Angel!

Skinny Babies

So here are the twins at about a week and a half. Chone was not a big baby, but compared to these tiny things...

It's so funny because their skin is actually wrinkled. We are working on getting some fat under that skin. They are both eating around the clock. I feel like I am constantly feeding the. I don't even know why I wear a shirt anymore!

First Photo Shoot

Here are some of the pictures from the twins first photo shoot. They are 10 days old! They were nice and calm until we took off their clothes. They cried the whole time, but I like the pictures anyway.
