Tia Elaine came over to babysit so me and Luis could go out to dinner and a movie that she got us gift cards for as our Xmas present. She blew up the ball pit she got the twins for their Xmas present.

Christmas 2007
We got together to see some Xmas lights on this street that goes all out. Then we headed off to Big Nana's house, as we always do. Here is our family picture...

Before...
After...
So what do you think? I like it!
Notice in the before picture, you can hardly even see the palm tree cause it was so windy that day! In the after picture the floors wet from the rain.

15 month Dr. appt
Before we got ready for their dr. appt, I made sure they cleaned the house...
They had to get 5 shots each cause their last Dr. had not given them all the ones they needed at their last appt. My poor babies! It was a hard visit, and I went alone. But they got new books from the clinic. They are both healthy and doing good. Lili is 24 lbs 6 oz and 31 1/4 inches tall. Felix is 22 lbs and 9 oz and 31 1/2 inches tall. I can't believe Lili has almost 2 pounds on him!
I know they are still to young, but I let them have lollipops since they had to be poked so much.

Busy Saturday
I started the day early with an 8am ultrasound appt. Then I took Chone to a softball clinic. It was really good for her to get ready for her first season of softball. Then we all headed out to take family pictures, after going to Kohl's and Target to get white shirts for everyone. It went pretty well, and I hope we get a good one.
Then we went to a holiday event in our town that they had every year. Chone's school choir performed. Here she is singing her heart out.
Santa was there...
Lili
Felix
Chone
They had fake snow again. Of course there was big kids throwing snowballs, so all the other kids ended up in the toddler section.

We made it through the day... I was very tired by that evening.

Family Traditions
Ever year at Christmas time we would put up our nativity set (nacimiento). When my parents moved to SB I got the one that was here at the house. I saw this (picture below) online and wanted it for the kids. So I ordered it and some other Xmas presents. I probably won't take out the real one this year since the twins will probably break something. For the same reason we have the outdoor white metal/white light tree up in the livingroom. I hope next year we can have a real tree and the real nacimiento up. Oh, and we also have a gingerbread nativity kit we are going to do. It's like those gingerbread house kits, but a nacimiento.
Chone hid the baby Jesus, that's why it's not in the picture.
Here are Lili and Felix playing with it. See our sad tree in the background.
Inspired by Elaine's cakes, Chone wanted to make one of her own. Since I made her come to the grocery store with me, I told her I would buy her one thing. She picked cake mix. It's a three layer French Vanilla cake with Cream Cheese frosting! Yum!
(Elaine, we found some of your old cake stuff here at the house)
