I heart boxes

Why is the best part of the gift for a 2 year old is the box the gift came in? My parents got them an awesome sand and water table that is perfect for the backyard. Of course they couldn't get enough of the box!

Chone's turn

Chone decided she wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese for her birthday dinner too. She brought along a cousin.

She had running around and playing games.
She had cake and presents at home to finish off the day.
Happy Birthday Chone! You are very special to me and everyone you are friends with. Keep up the great work in everything you do, except keeping your room clean! :)

Party Time!!!

Since Chone's birthday is only 3 days after the twins', we had a triple birthday family party. My sister, Elaine made a cake for each birthday boy/girl. They came out SO awesome! We had a spongebob themed party and it was lots of fun! Thanks for everyone who came to celebrate with us.

Double Birthday!!

My babies turned 2 today and are sooo not babies anymore! Here they are licking the batter of their cakes I made them.

Tia Elaine came over and we went to Chuck E Cheese's for some pizza and fun.
Between 3 adults and 3 kids we had lots of tickets to get prizes with.
At home we sang and helped them blow out the candles. Felix's smile disappeared as soon as he touched the flame on his candle and found out that fire is hot.

Trash Day

This is what happens when the trash trucks come by and make loud noises. The twins run to the nearest person till the noise goes away. Doesn't Chone look so excited!

The Fair

We went to the fair and had a great time. Of course we ran into family there. We saw Tio Grande, Nina Grace, Pepe, Erika, & Marissa.

We tried to put the twins on some little rides, but after a spin on the helicopters, and they both cried thier eyes out, we decided to try again next year. I was so glad Luis got on with them and not me!

Me & Chone got went on a fun house with the mirror maze and a twisty slide.

Chone is like me and likes fair rides. She got on that boat that goes back and forth and your stomach goes up to your throat. She is the one with her mouth wide open from screaming!

Luis was so excited when we saw Obama! He just had to take a picture of him. We actually saw McCain too, but Chone was to shy to get a picture with him.

Biggest I've Ever Seen

There was this huge catapiller in my tomato plants. It had a huge purple claw coming out of one end. Never seen anything like it! It was there for about a week eating my tomatoes till one day he was gone...

Vacation Laundry

After making the long trip home from vacation, I had a lot of laundry to do. Felix likes to get covered with dirty laundry as I sort it.

Then he will pretend he is sleeping in it.

Then he will pop up and scare me! He's terrifying!!!
